Carl M. Weathers

Carl M. Weathers, 55, of Sherrard, Illinois, died Saturday, June 19, 2021, at home.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Carl Michael Weathers was born February 18, 1966, in Rock Island, Illinois, the son of John W. Sr. and Betty Jane (Fues) Weathers.

He belonged to Roofers Local 162 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked at Commercial Roofing in Las Vegas for 35 years prior to his retirement.

Carl is survived by three children, Carl Michael “Mike” (Megan) Weathers II of Cordova, Illinois, Darcey Collins of New Haven, Connecticut, and Chad Weathers of Moline; 5 grandchildren; siblings, John Weathers, Jr. of Osco, Illinois, Lawrence Weathers of Davenport, Iowa, Pennie Weathers of Milan, Illinois, and Karen Toensing of Davenport; and many nieces and nephews that loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Sr. and Betty Weathers; his wife and love of his life, Karen Weathers; and his oldest sister, Susan Ballard.
