Thomas O. Peters

Thomas Owen Peters, born on June 8, 1965, passed away on October 11, 2024 at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. Tom was a long-time resident of Davenport, Iowa, known for his warm heart and infectious sense of humor. He cherished spending time with his family and friends, enjoying good food and drink, and always had a joke ready to brighten your day.

Tom is preceded in death by his mother Barbara and brother Timmy Peters. He is survived by his father Gerald, son Brandon, brothers Jerry, Douglas, and Tony, and sisters Teri and Keli, and long-time girlfriend Linda Harris and her son Christopher Harris. Tom is also survived by grandchildren Cheyenne, Savannah, Tyler, Niko, Jaxson, Drake, Evin, Olivia, and great grandchild Kymire as well as many nieces and nephews.

Tom’s family and friends will honor his memory with a celebration of life on November 2nd from noon – 5pm at Keppy Hall at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. Cremation will be directed by Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Memorials may be made to the family to assist with final arrangements.

Tom's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
